Academic Service

  • Chairman of Slow Noe Street, a non-profit group associated with SFMTA and SF Parks Alliance, to open Noe Street in San Francisco to pedestrians and active transportation, with the goal of increasing safety, vibrancy, and community within the city and neighborhood.
  • Elected as Board Director for Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association, the local neighborhood association that works to increase the quality of life in the neighborhood through community engagement, events, and programs
  • Elected as member of McKinley Elementary School’s School Site Council, a small entity of faculty, staff, and parents of the school that oversees and informs resource allocation, curriculum strategies, and improvements to the school and community.
